Sector Partnership
In light of the rapid pace of change in 5G wireless systems, we must consider not only the current state- of-the-art of 5G wireless systems in this endeavor, but also how they would evolve and expand in years to come. This translates into understanding the needs and constraints of existing systems and predicting, and shaping, their future, as well. Based on these two important aspects, the workforce development catering to the immediate needs of such communication systems must be accompanied by the education and preparation of the workforce of the future.
Members of the Sector Partnership provides advice and recommendations based on their knowledge areas to The Ohio State University and WIA as they implement Ohio’s broadband and 5G workforce strategy.
